3. MAKE TO ORDER  products are pre orders and it will take minimum 2 or maximum 3 weeks to get ready on order.
(Payment Mode will be in advance for pre orders products)

4. For complains, suggestions and queries,please inbox on Facebook Page or Email or Call .

5. Riders follow routes and not timings so please cooperate.

6. If there any damage or any fault or difference you would find Elegant Artificial Jewellery will be responsible to change the Product, the customer would have to resend the parcel through PAKISTAN POST courier service at Elegant Artificial Jewellery Address.

7. The customers who wants to exchange the Items with another like (Bangles size, Bangles design) or whatever they have to pay 250/- delivery charges.

8. Customers can Cancel/Changes there orders after 2 hours of order submission after that no one will be entertain. They have to received there orders at any cost.

9.Customer should add Complete and proper address with House number,Block number and street number Or Nearest famous Landmark in order to get there parcel at doorstep. Incomplete address orders will be cancelled.

10. We strictly follow no refund and no return policy.

11. Every Sale item or Stock clearance Sale item would not be change nor refund.
